Your holiday villas provide
The two-storey row-house villas are mostly built of natural stone.
Towards the sea side have private gardens which are separated from each other by hedgerows.
The gardens and the foregarden have lawns, flowers and other ornamental plants. |

Furthermore, the 8,000 sqm areal covers many olive-trees as well as some fig-trees and vines. Harvesting (in late summer and autumn) is permitted. |

Wide glass sliding-doors at the sea front of each villa's living-room open towards private terraces with garden furniture. From there, some steps lead down to the gardens.
In each of the gardens there is a natural stone framed swimming pool of 23 sqm size (operated from April till November). The shallow section in each swimming pool is 90 centimeters deep, the maximum depth is 1.60 meters.
Sunshades and deck chairs are available by the swimming pools, and each villa also has a barbecue. |
At dusk, the lamps in the foregarden switch on automatically while the lamps in the gardens can be switched on and off individually. |
Villa Pallas
The westernmost of the 3 villas has 80 sqm of dwelling space on 2 floors.
It includes 3 bedrooms with 5 beds in total, and 2 bathrooms.
The main entrance is located at the west front. |

The middle one of the 3 villas has 95 sqm of dwelling space on 2 floors.
It includes 3 bedrooms with 6 beds in total, and 2 bathrooms.
The main entrance is located in the corridor from the foregarden to the garden. |
Villa Aphrodite
The easternmost of the 3 villas is constructed mostly symmetrical to Villa Pallas.
As the areal slightly ascends towards East, the terrace in front of the living-room however is only one step above garden level.
The main entrance is located at the east front. |
