| Process of Reservation and Payment |

Reservation |
| As soon as you submit an on-line form we will receive the content by e-mail. |

| 2. |
Pro-Forma Invoice |
| After all details are clear, we will issue a detailed Pro-Forma Invoice and send it to you by e-mail. |
| The Pro-Forma Invoice will also show the Reservation and Handling Costs (30 % of the Grand Total) which will be levied as a Down Payment. |

| 3. |
Down Payment |
| The easiest way to send the Down Payment is by using a Credit Card (VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard). |
| For this purpose there is a Secure Online Payment System installed on our Internet Server which allows you to submit your Credit Card Data in a safe mode. The Access Code will be given with the Pro-Forma Invoice. |
| Bank transfer is more complicated, but possible as well. On request we will send the IBAN, BIC and all other essential data. |

| 4. |
Rental Contract |
| After arrival of the Down Payment, we will send the Final Reservation Confirmation to you by e-mail. |
| By the time that the Down Payment arrives the Rental Contract will come into life as well. |

| 5. |
Payment |
| The remaining amount (70 % of the Grand Total) is due upon arrival, and to be paid straight to us. |

| 6. |
Subsequent Alteration or Cancellation |
| In most cases, we will be able to arrange any Subsequent Alterations without additional costs. In case that any costs should incur, we will inform you by e-mail prior to fixing the Alteration. |
| Cancellation is possible any time free of costs, however the Down Payment ist not refundable as the Reservation and Handling Costs already incurred. |
| There will not be any other Cancellation Fee such as percentages connected to timelimits etc. |
| Attention: In case that you should not arrive by the scheduled time and should not give any delay information, it will be assumed that the reservation shall be cancelled. We will then be allowed to give the reserved holiday villa to someone else. |
